  • @sabymoon Neem Karoli Baba was his teacher.....Maharaji....a true saint.

  • Ram Dass never claimed to be a guru, maybe a teacher. He was always like a favorite uncle, but on the Path. He came from Western, intellectual tradition. All through our cultural heritage we learn that the god hides behind masks & to "do unto the least of these," because the poor man could be God, hiding.Dick Alpert's Doorway the the Infinite was an old man in a blanket. Ram Dass is honest, heart full, and funny, I'm honored to have heard him speak many times. Be Here Now opened me to the Path.

  • I cannot thank Ram dass enough for learning how to be high ALL the time!

  • The voice editing/splicing for Ram Dass is VERY GOOD.

  • @vzgn0sis

    AGREED!

    My God. It's nearly unbearable.

  • Guys at HarperOne, the music is REALLY bad. You need to fix it because it sounds like it's actually a mistake. Go with Krishna Das's kirtan, or even traditional Indian. This just sounds like someone in editing goofed.

  • Looks neat! I know Dr. Wayne Dyer used to always talk about Ram Dass and his teachings, so maybe this book will be a fun read.
