Ok,
Tia Krum is in love with Scorpius Malfoy but her parents forbid the love, before they can let their love fortify Tia has to help her friend Elizabeth out, so she has to leave Hogwarts and help her. That is what she is doing at the beginning of the movie when she's wearing the cape, and the rest of the video is her remembering the past.
