The Predator Press (made up name i know) , is a combonation of the standard Shoulder Press, with drop set of Arnold Press within.

  • I'm now shoulder pressing 100 lbs. 4-5 reps... My shoulders are incredibly more defined and whatnot... I do this now, 3 sets of each exercise, then go to side lateral raises, then Smith Machine Shoulder press, and my shoulders are DESTROYED. Not everything works for everybody of course, but this exercise works wonders for me... I just wanted to share the exercise [combo] with folks, i didn't really figure in how people were going to judge my *before* physique...

  • The predator press is a fucking sick name mate tbh though id switch up cause your delts aint looking great

  • @ImSuperVince Not back then, but i'm glad i kept up with it, cause the results and progress in weight is crazy. I'm now Shoulder pressing 105lbs. In other words, yeah, this works quite well... Nothing else i've ever done compares to this.
