Okay, I believe my female is gravid with infertile eggs as I have not provided a male for mating. She's been lately not eating as much and laying in her moist hide/nest box a lot. I'm watching her dig and start circling then place a foot on the side of the box but do nothing else other than hover over the hole. Does this mean she's trying to lay?

@BoohsReptiles
Most likely not. If she was getting ready to lay she would be in the nest box digging. She may end up laying the infertile eggs or she could possibly absorb them.

@ProGeckos Can you just leave the females eggs inside its cage, so they can hatch on there own or do they have to be incubated?

@BeatmonsterNate
No. For best results the eggs need to be removed from the egg laying box and placed in an incubator. If left in the cage they most likely won't survive and if they did the hatchlings would probably become food.
