  • "Perception is reality" eliminates attentive understanding. Moreover, it inherently excludes perspective. Once perspective is introduced into any situation, it is no longer "reality."

If something is "real" (truly real) then it must be real for everyone. We all start with reality... when we throw our thoughts into the mix... it is no longer real. Because now it is different dependent upon how it is interpreted. And, interpretation is unique to an individual.

  • so true, just another marketing ploy to position themselves as more credible than other products. Im sure if it was the norm for ads to use regular women dove would have gone the other way and used models instead and made runway charities instead of self esteem programs, as long as there is a chance for profit increases company's will do anything

  • other than that, it was a good movie :)

  • Honestly...I do like the direction that dove was going...but considering that their parent company is Unilever...the same folks that bring us AXE (and most people are familar with their revolting commercials)...I personally have boycotted their products. Using women of supermodel looks for one product and using regular women for another only goes to show that they are only concerned is what sells :)..LOL, sorry for the rant but I hate seeing Dove/Unilever applauded for deceit :)
