  • I love this song, I love this video and I am so sad that he's gone.

Pink Floyd will never be again.

  • Rest in peace, Richard. You did great! =)

  • who plays guitar here?

  • The similarity between Broken China and The Division Bell is huge, except Broken China's a much darker and, you could say, sadder version.

  • I have never told this story before and I'm not sure why I should tell it now, but somehow feel it is time.

On the evening that Rick passed away, I was then as I am now, sitting in front of my computer at work watching this video, weeping softly for a lost friend, one I had never even met.

I was startled when the phone rang as it was late and I was alone, static so I hung up. A few minutes later the phone rings again, static but I hear faintly "It will be ok ".

Only Rick knew of my tears ....

  • @lowededwookie so do I....

  • beautiful...rest is peace richard

  • Does anyone remember that band Enigma, from the early nineties?? I can't help but to notice a similarity here...

  • broken china if one follows it carefully, is a darker version of the division bell. the entire album feels exactly like it but a lot darker. what a fantastic journey rick made for us to enjoy. this should have been released as a floyd album. it has a floydier feel then most of the roger era stuff and a way better feel then rogers solo work.

  • God bless Richard Wright. May you rest in peace. Your music will live on forever!

  • Reminds me of The Matrix. And this 1996, a few years before the Matrix. Richard Wright is a genius.

  • The primary inspiration for me to learn how to play keys.
