just checking if im on the right track,
- I eat 3 main meals a day,
- i have protein shake as part of my breakfast and after every workout/training session.
- hit the gym 3 times a week dividing my routine into 3 main areas (shoulder/back, chest/arms and legs/core),
- go to rugby training 2 times a week (mainly involving sprinting exercises and tackling drills)
- plus a rugby game every weekend
... Am I providing enough 'fuel' for my body to grow?

@harricash How would I know? I don't know what you eat and how much you eat. 3 meals a day isn't optimal. You should be eating 5 times a day smaller meals with protein at every meal..
