  • i was expecting some matrix math:

    [[x11, x12], [x21, x22]] times

    [[cos, -sin], [sin, cos]] equals

    [[y11, y12], [y21, y22]]

    where x11 is weight of x22 and x12 is weight of x21 (respectively in the y matrix)
