Breaking News: Chris Brown Charged! HipHollywood.com

HipHollywood has just learned that Chris Brown will face charges in connection with the alleged assault of girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown has been charged with two felonies: the first, assault by means likely to produce bodily harm and second, making criminal threats.

The court case which HipHollywood has obtained says Robyn Fenty (Rihanna) was "reasonably in sustainted fear of her safety and the safety of her family.

Brown was expected in court this morning but we've learned he'll be making an appearance sometime at 3:30 p.m.
