Why i can't click 1 or 2 etc to use the spells

However, ive had a problem. When i get in combat i drop to like 4fps, and lag really badly.
I have a really solid build too :/
Did i do something wrong?

Friendly advice, You spend a lot of time talking and not doing anything on the screen. It takes way too long to get to the UI and your descriptions of it. Make your videos however you want too :) But I wanted to offer some friendly advice in an attempt to help. Have a good day.

on my left bar when i click it to make it go in. The buttons stay out ... How do I fix this ?? I love the UI ty for pposting this =-)
