Uh, looks like it was a Harmon Kardon problem to me. Has nothing to do with SIRIUS.

My problem is with the customer service. The reason why these videos exist is because it takes forever to get through to customer service and they are way less than helpful. They screwed me over tonight by billing me for two radios when I only wanted one. Then after two hours of being on hold they refused to cancel because it was more than an hour.

Sometimes you gotta line it up on a different fm station & sometimes you gott adjust the antenna,my sirius works great but sometimes you do gotta mess with it.

My XM does that once and a while, more now though, and restarting the car makes it work for me.

You will get charged automatically if you are being billed yearly. I canceled that on my account and I pay once every 3 months. Im not sure whats going on with the videos player. It looks like he has a bad reciver.

That company is bad news. If you use a credit card they will automatically put you on auto pay without telling you and you will never know unless you look at your bill. They are fixing to be sued for millions because of this. PASS

The problem was the actual unit, had it replaced under warranty everything is fine now
