But I horrible failed like you can see. ^^; Now it´s more a drama-video and I am not very pleased with it, but it won´t be better... oh and it is meant to be slashy. The splitt screen took me a lot of time and nerves. ^^;

It´s called "masking". Search for "masking sony vegas" here on Youtube and you should find some tutorials that will help you. ;)
