The messageof this video is that it really doesn't matter what activity you do just as long as you're active in as many ways as possible. Enter races of all kinds.... ocean swims, fun runs and adventure races with your friends. It doesn't matter how fast you go or where you finish. It's about being fit, having fun and doing it with a big smile on your face. Dream big dreams and push yourself. Encourage those around you to be the very best they can be!
I have written a book to help encourage young girls to believe in themselves, to be fit and active, to eat well and to be kind. I am also working on my second book which is exciting. I work at the Hilton hotel in Sydney and love my job! This is a little snap shot of a week in my life.x :) Hayley

Wow you have inspired me totally! You have reminded me what my passion was when I came to Aus, it was to get fit and learn to surf. I have lost drive over the last two years and you have just gave me that extra butt kick I needed... I cant wait to get to the gym in the morning! Thank you for a great video!
