@Howie262 Ok 'dude' - irrelavant post of the year award. Why would I talk about a Turbo S in a video featuring an M5 and a GTR? But since you ask, the Turbo S may outdrag a GTR but round a a track the GTR will destroy it. Infact, it will destroy any Porsche round a track (apart from the 911 GT2 RS) at a fraction of the cost. Like many, you are not a car fan but instead are sucked in by a badge and a brand - its Porsche and German so must be good, it Jap and Nissan so must be bad. Silly boy.

So the M5 had to be modified and even then it spent most of its time behind the GTR. Says it all really. Stock vs stock the GTR wins, modified vs modified the GTR wins. Simple.

@xfilian1 Yes, it´s simple. But, GT-R is a sport car and M5 is a fast luxury limousine. And it´s simple too. A both cars are very fast, but GT-R needs Porsche or Ferrari like opponents and M5 needs RS6, E63 AMG or Jaguar XFR like opponents. It´s simple. I am a cars fan and I say - GT-R is very fast and cheap and M5 is the best fast sedan. And best sport car? Cars like Porsche GT3 or Ferrari 430 Scuderia - lightweight, raw power, experiences and balance. Speed isn´t everything. My opinion ;-)

Its not that the Nissan is Japaneese and that people are sucked in by the Porsche badge.

The bottom line is that Porsche did it first.............and i think everyone who's been paying close attention to the development of the GTR knows that Nissan bought like 2 dozen 911 turbos and stripped it just so they can see how it works and build their car around it. Nothing original about that wouldnt you say!
