As a mother myself i can not imagine the heartbreak jacobs death ment to you!! I will use your story to inspire my own daughter who is a victim of bullies at school and hopefully teach her to keep her head above all the mess and cruel words. My heart and prayers go out to you and jacob and may he rest in peace always. I will do my best to foward jacobs story to my freinds and keep jacob very much alive in spirit.

Jamie -- our Jacob is not dead. He has been in treatment for the effects of a brain injury - and the affects of the emotional toll bullying has taken on him - after his suicide attempt a little over a year ago. Jacob Rogers (a different Jacob) sadly did die from suicide.

Not to sound mean or anything but I am confused.. If Jacob took his own life last year, then how did he make that video on facebook that said "I love you mom" ?

There are TWO Jacobs. Our Jacob attempted suicide last year - but has been receiving treatment since - and is working very hard to get his life back. The other Jacob (Jacob Rogers) did die from suicide. Jacobs Angels is to support those like our Jacob - and to remember those who lost the battle against bullying (like the other Jacob).

I am So sorry for your loss. I shed tears when I read this. It remind me of myself, I had a few times I tried to commit suicide. I think its great your spreading this to make a difference.

This and that video has changed my life. Forever. I stood up to my bully the day before he moved to go to the X Factor, and I was sad and relieved (: What was I waiting for? To try and change my life. What will happen in two days. :)
