We are perfect in His eyes and that is all that matters! Are you saying that you are perfect because you have no tattoo's or peircings? @smaklilu90 The Bible tells us to follow the law of the land. If the drug is illegal, then yes it is a sin. All of what you have stated has been your opinion. There is no where in the Bible that says tattoos are wrong or that we need to look a certain way. Only consequence of a tattoo that I can think of is if you get a tattoo that you will regret later.

@gooogies the verce is talking about general modesty and dressing. you have to point out here everything in the bible is not written and everything by itself is not a sin. For example using drugs is not written in the bible. so does it mean that using drugs is not a sin. yes, using drugs is not a sin, but the consequences which are followed by a drug abuse are difficult or impossible to avoid. the same is true with Tatoos, but i will leave the details for you.
