Since I gained my lil four pounds back and at 189lbs I know that I need to make a change and with three days off work, I thought I might try the three day diet.

today i'm at the end of day one and hungry. i've only been awake for 12hours but I'm ready to settle down. I'm glad that i didn't try this on a work day but although i'm hungry, this diet is supposedly a way to loose 10lbs in three days and even if i could loose 5, it would totally be worth it, so wish me luck =)

here's the diet below:

Day 1

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

1/2 grapefruit or juice

1 piece toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Lunch

1/2 cup tuna

1 piece toast

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

Dinner

3 ounces any lean meat or chicken

1 cup green beans

1 cup carrots

1 apple

1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

1 egg

1/2 banana

1 piece toast

Lunch

1 cup cottage cheese or tuna

8 regular saltine crackers

Dinner

2 beef franks

1 cup broccoli or cabbage

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

5 regular saltine crackers

1 ounce cheddar cheese

1 apple

Lunch

Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal

1 boiled egg

1 piece toast

Dinner

1 cup tuna

1 cup carrots

1 cup cauliflower

1 cup melon

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

In addition to its strict daily food prescription, dieters drink 4 cups of water or noncaloric drinks daily.

  • Now don't get me wrong but I've been searching on Google for plenty of wholesome & effective meal plan regime plan and I located this unknown belly fat loss plan program called DietOramy - I'm pursuing the strategy outlined and I'm experiencing tons of marvelous achievement, and I'm nonetheless consuming just like before, without having cravings for food, just a bit different food...

  • I tried a number of of the tips mentioned here, but I have to state that nothing compares to DietOramy body weight loss diet program concerning health and excessive fat elimination - search google, there's loads of free information...

  • Hey there! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker lost a lot of weight with it.

  • I did this diet and hated it. I was hungry the entire time. I don't even remember if I lost weight, lol. I like the Cabbage Soup Diet better, although that can be tough too.
