As for Jody,a very honest and heartfelt explanation and the fact those revelations were left out of Unsung, only goes to show some don't like to admit THEY ARE WRONG.

Jody has moved on and for a positive reason.Howard and Jeffrey have some of the blame for that in the past.

I AM surprised at these revelations but now i know it helps you to see the bigger picture.

WOW!!!!!! Well I've watched all of your unfiltered versions and I have to tell you first how proud I'm of YOU and the NEW found of RESPECT I have for YOU!!! I've always admired you on so many levels and now you've elevated that once again. Thank you for being honest and forth right, not just in your story, but history with in itself. I've always been a huge fan of Shalamar and will continue to be, but it won't compare to how much of a Jody Watley Fan I'm. I wish you nothing but the best.

I love the fact that you called the radio station; while Howard was speaking ill of you.  Ms. Watley, you're such a lady, and the ones that don't understand your artistry can just - keep hatin!!! I'll always remember the chemistry between Jody, Jeffery, & Howard.  There was magic there.... and it cannot be duplicated with new members.... They are, and will forever be, "Three for Love".

I agree, the producers of Unsung started the episode with Jodi winning Best New Artist, as if it's her "fault" that Shalimar couldn't be reunited.

Howard and Shalimar had the Footloose hit "Dancing in the Sheets" post Jodi, so why didn't Dick pressure Delisa or Micki to reunite with Shalimar? Well, I don't recall Delissa or Micki singing lead on any mega Shalimar hit like Jodi did.

Seems like Dick wanted her back for a reunion to use her for his own financial gain.

I'm glad that you spoke about them reuniting for Babyface's cover of For The Lover In You. That video got lots of airing on BET, and I felt that the video should have featured more footage of You Jeffrey and Howard out of respect. I do understand you wanting to move on since Howard and Jeffrey felt u deserved less. Please. You handled the situation like a lady.
