  • forget lats!!! if you want to burn fat do cardio and eat less. the amount of muscle you have would suprise you think about it like this i weigh 80kgs and i work out most days now say another guy weighs 200 kgs, it is an exercise for this guy to just walk he is soo heavy because of the extra weight and noway could i lift the weight he could just cause he is used to it.

    go for a walk instead
