These are before and after shots of my mini goal which was to get to 185 :) I am officially down 20 lbs!

wow i know you worked hard because i had just started to diet and run like hell i was 172 at april 13 2009 and today is march 3 and i weigh 15i had to go though hell to lose all that weight keep it up i hope u continue your journey to lose more if u wish i wish to continue my journey wish me luck too my goal is 30 pounds

AWW! well we have the same goal! I have 30 pounds to go too! :) We should do it together. It was very hard, but worth it. :) I think... jkjk IT WAS lol

well u r fat before but doesn seem like u were 190+ .....u luk really really grogious now.......i wanna lose weight now :(( ....wud u mind sharing how did u do it..working out in the gym or diet or what???Plzz do answer me
