Here we have the theme from one of my favourite films "Midnight Cowboy" which was released in 1969.i have used a few pictures from the film and also some of the very talented "John Barry" who supervised the music and composed the score for the film, and he won a Grammy for Best Instrumental theme.his achievements are far to great to mention here, but he is better known for doing the soundtrack for 11 of the James bond movies, and films like born free and many more.i just love this tune.

John Barry - easily one of the most enviable geniuses in his profession! Even Steve Allen would agree with me on that, I'm sure! ... and that's saying something!
