You're not really using your right side at all in the throw...chops off at least 3m, maybe 5.

You probably know it but you shouldn't bang the bar just above the knees, but more on the upper-thigh. That is due to the fact that your hips rise too early, and thus your legs are straight even though the weight hasn't yet passed the knee... Keep the good work up though :)

Yes I know, I'm also a thrower/athlete (Shot, discus, javalin, hammer throw)

I'm 13 years old, my best is 10.63 meters with the 7.26kg. You should try out the spin technique.

I've improved my max to 11m now with the 7.26 though training is on hold for a while when I'm in the army. I'm no good at the spin, can't keep my balance at all so I'll stick with the glide for now.

Kas nüüd oled Eestis? Meil on sama profiiliga ja umbes samal tasemel punt. Kirjuta, võib teinekord audenteses koos teha.

Jah olen Eestis, Audenteses treenin (vahest kui heiteid ei tee siis lähen hoopis Gymlecosse). Kui ma kuuli teen siis ma olen enamasti koos treeneriga (Juhan Toimet) kes on päris hea ning ma käin õhtuti, alates umbes kella 7st või nii ( varem töö tõttu ei saa) E-N (mitte iga päev, sõltuvalt sellest kuidas treeneriga kokku lepin). Ehk et tööpäeva õhtuti olen ma kohal.

Vähe, praegu kusagil 10m 7.26kg kuuliga kui vise õnnestub kuid üldiselt tuleb ikka vähem.
