only 2 people I can name off the top of my head in boxing that have both speed and power in their punches are Mike Tyson and Manny Pacquiao

@emactivedotcom Yeah your probably right. But speed overcomes power. First your opponent won't be able to block in time, your opponent won't be able to hit you since they can't keep up and although each individual punch isn't all that strong they still all do damage and one person can only take so many punches.

If your gonna land that many punches and it's a self defence weapon, it doesn't really matter if there not hard. It will take the person by surprise, just like the man on the video. And he was expecting it, imagine if you weren't :)
