Deadlift is a great way to strengthen your posterior chain / hip extensors which are your glutes, hamstrings, and the muscles in your low back.   • I can't keep my back straight, maybe for the first few reps then it slowly sneaks up on me and I realize its not straight anymore

  • @caveman15100 Until it hits the ground, leave it for one second and repeat :) Do every rep with great care, making sure you do them correctly and for gods sake, do not arch your back.

    The alternate grip really helps with forearm fatigue. Grip the bar hard to build your strength up in your forearms.
