Actually, it's from an old fairy tale. I believe it went something like this... a poor lumberjack accidentally dropped his ax into a pond. A beautiful woman rose from the depths and extended a silver ax, asking if it was what he dropped. He said no, so she went back down, and returned with a gold one. Again he said no, and so she returned with his old one. Claiming that one, she in return gave him all three for his honesty.

I think sometime after that, another man heard the tale, and dropped in his ax, immediately saying the gold was his. For his greed, she kept all three, or something like that.

The legs in the wall are actually Snake's legs from the "Metal Gear Solid" series, made by the same company. The silencer is his as well. XD

a question...if u stomp on a monster thats down, does that count for melee, shooting, or neither? or does it depends on what weapon u r using like a pipe and stomp or a gun and stomp

It will be count for melee. It doesn't matter which weapon you use, it will be count as melee if the enemy is finished by stomping

What are those spinning noisy things that you always run by? Are they too tough to kill?
The lighting effects from her flashlight are amazing in this game...

Yes, it's not worth to waste my handgun bullets to kill them; besides, for me it's almost impossible to kill it without taking damage.
