Love Vince a graduate of Hauppauge High School. He also has one of the best sheet music collections from this period. Great guy had the opportunity to get to know him at Mortimer's back in the eighties. My wife actually worked for him when she was going to graduate school.
It's an honor to play with Vince and the Night Hawks! Vince is an amazing musician and one of the most honest, sincere, straight-up, down-to-earth cats I know. If you like the clips, please come down to the Iridium on a Wednesday when we are there. Nick Russo (banjo/guitar) nickrusso dot org
I love it! Vince has been at the top of my favorites list for several years! I first saw the Nighthawks perform at the Folly Theater in Kansas City a few years ago. Class Act! Thanks for Posting this one.
I attempt ubiquity, but I am not able to accomplish it consistently.
I love Vince's music and we have a couple of his CD's from when we saw him in KC some years ago. 5 more stars!

That would be worth the trip to NY from KC - I'll check my calendar, and the Nighthawks schedule as well to make sure you'll be there. Great stuff!!

Without any doubt, Vince is my first hot jazz idol! Great John Erik Kellso, Brad Shigeta, Dan Levinson and the others too...
