When we last left Saniel he was shot while on his campaign in ruined Rome. This takes place 3 months after that. And ever since he was shot he was being used in a Genetics experiment. He felt someone else in him. For now
the parisite-like double will help him. But I'm planning that later they'll have to fight each other.
