Obviously I'm pretty tired in this video so excuse my appearance and tiredness :) I'm pretty sure we all get bags underneath our eyes in the morning so here's a quick and easy way to remove them!

it works cuz the cold reduces swelling. like wen ur lips swell and ur parents tell u put ice on it
