Description
IntelleBase - it is the basic and the fundamental module of complex CREASWEET. Unites two systems of a lining of substrates (cookies, chocolate glasses, tartlets from halvah and fruit candy, strips from dried apricots, etc.) in any combinations and three positions for installation in any order of forming and deposition modules INTELLEDROP, INTELLEMIX and INTELLESTAMP. Connection of modules and their interaction is carried out through uniform socket INTELLENET. INTELLEBASE synchronizes work of all connected modules-devices for putting substrates and deposition - forming heads and provides assemblage of the combined food products. The complex has the in built system of distribution of pushing compressed air to pneumo-elements of the modules ,to the system of their heating/cooling and to the electronic scheme of modules. There is an in built system of an automatic cleaning/drying of a conveyer belt. INTELLEBASE is built in both in INTELLEOVEN, and in INTELLECOOL/DRY, therefore complex CREASWEET includes two modules of this type. Thus belts of corresponding systems go through the modules INTELLEBASE. Absence of rupture of a belt on a module exit allows to manufacture the products of sticky weights without a substrate with the direct deposition on a tunnel or furnace belt. For the movement of deposition forming heads (modules INTELLEDROP, INTELLEMIX and INTELLESTAMP), INTELLEBASE is equipped with three adjusting posts. And first and the last out of them have two co-ordinates of movement upwards/downwards and forward/back, and the middle post has one more additional co-ordinate left/right. It allows to "draw" on a product with stream of fruit marmalade by module INTELLEDROP installed on this position. The upwards/downwards movement is intended for a product separation at the time of deposition, and movement forward/back is for the product deposition without a stop on the belt and for release of oblong products. All head movements are in cope with the servo-drivers. Machine is equipped with a monitoring and controlling system for centering and regulating the tape tension (polyamide for INTELLECOOL/DRY and steel in case of INTELLEOVEN), united with corresponding tunnels. Due to the alternation of layers of various substrates (upto 2) and deposition/formation on them or between them various masses (upto 5), the surprising variety of round, oblong and guillotine cut of combined confectionery, cottage cheese, meat, fish and other food products turns out. The identification of the installed heads and lifting devices of substrates is carried out automatically, the software program activates corresponding temperatures, modes of deposition/formation, dosage of stuffings, the control of weight of products and establish modes of heat treatment and speed of the belt. Depending on product characteristics changes the degree of cleanliness of heads, therefore CREASWEET cleaning system also analyzes this information and transfers it to module INTELLEWASH to choose the corresponding program for the washing of respective heads.
