Bristol Temple Meads 25.8.08

A very exciting few hours at Temple Meads!
Highlight of the time was Fastline Class 56 56303 route learning before their new freight contract starts. The Grid is seen rumbling through the up through road whilst working 0Z57 Portbury Docks-Derby Chaddesden.
A few other Freight turned up aswell, Freightliner Class 66 66625 working 6C73 Westbury-Fairwater Yd, 66096 4F83 Aberthaw-Portbury and 66181 with a South Wales bound coal train.
The XC HST also appeared whilst working 9S66 Penzance-Dundee, an excellent scream as usual.
A fair bit of normal traffic as usual with 150s, 158s, 143s and Voyagers with a few 2tones thrown in for good measure, courtesy of my younger brother!

Thanks. Well XC decided to go back in the past of Virgin XC. They wanted HST powercars, the only ones available were Ex-MML ones, which are now all MTU converted and no longer in MML livery. They lasted in the MML livery for about 4 months with XC
