Fair enough that pro boxers will fight weaker opposition in their initial few bouts, standard really. But this seems like a mismatch on almost every level, which SBW must have known would make him look bad. It's not good sportsmanship to fight opponents that are guaranteed to lose. I'd honestly expect a little bit more from SBW being that he is such a powerful athlete.

@Gracchi No that was a set-up, one could argue if the ref was paid off to look the other way if the certain scenario took place like it did.
LOOK, real simple for ya...If your a fan of his rugby career then thats fine and i respect that and from what i hear he is a great athlete but, when it comes to boxing he is hand picking his own fights and the guys he is choosing are either out-of-shape, too old, or have awful records. Can't deny the truth, da kid is a bum!

@Gracchi Yeah true but controversy like that is bound to happen all the time in combat sports, especially boxing! This SBW guy has staged fights, the whole thing is just a big act. Even if it was REAL then that would be more laughable...whats next, he's going to fight someone in a wheelchair?

I can't believe how negative people are toward SBW. The dude has only done four bloody matches to date. If anybody talking shit was a real boxing fan, wouldn't they know instantly that this is just a start to a possible career. He's not going to be able to fight a professional that has been doing it for years, it's just not logical. Boxing fans should know this... cut him some slack for fuck sake.
