c. a d. si l´esprit est tout à fait arraché de l´universe mental il n´aurait aucun rapport des mots .....

What clear and beautiful guidance.
There are sensations that this mind has interpreted as "my pain" which then gives rise to a sense of a "suffering and fear-full me". But on close examination there is no "me"...only sensations and movement of energy within this body. And there is the unspeakable intimate purity of witnessing consciousness. How freeing. How beautiful.
