Congratulations to Kat Finch from the Costa RoadChef Strensham, winner of the 2008 International Barista of the Year Champion of Champions! Kat's barista skills and speciality drink 'Heaven & Hell' wowed the judges at this year's contest, held at the Costa Roastery in London on the 29th October 2008.

I actually visit the fort costa daily ..and it is the best costa in glasgow! As far as i am aware there are many regulars who have nothing but compliments for the staff ! How does not getting a coffee 15 mins or so before a shop closes damage your health or life ? It is customers like you that stop people from wanting to work in customer services...ones that think they are above those making coffee ...good luck guys keep up the standards !

Congratulations, Kat! Perhaps you could come to the Costa at the Fort shopping centre in Glasgow, because I am frankly sick of their bad attitude, and their wooly interpretation of their advertised closing times. I reckon you could bring a bit of sparkle and all round professionalism to the place.
