While I know cops can be bullies and arrogant, I even have experienced so poor situations in my life, I believe this officer thought he was tazing this man (while I'd argue that wasn't even needed). He'd have to be a special kind of stupid to shoot a detained man in the back in the subway... Although dumber things have been done by police and others. For you cop haters; rest assured, this cop thinks about and regrets this day every minute of his life now.

If police have not searched you and are trying to restrain you and are telling you to stop resisting then i hope to god they shoot you if you dont. The quicker you get cuffed the quicker you get let up its simple. Why should they risk being shot to let this guy be comfortable. Of course criminals dont shoot police that never happens

thats because your dumb. I watched all three videos and in all three they were using force to try to get his arms back. They had 3 suspects who had not been searched sitting near them so yes they are in harms way. the guy had previous after being seen sitting holding a gun in his car so i really dont care he was shot
