Laying up the first layer of fiberglass on the Ferrari
Team Save Ferris is made up of a team of five. Josh McGuckin, Jeremiah Hueske, Sandra Hueske, Matt Fisher and James Olson.
Josh, Jeremiah and Matt are all students of Industrial Design at Metro State College of Denver, James has plenty of experience in fabrication from building a rock crawling buggy from the ground up as well as working in a shop for nearly his entire life. Sandra is our fashion consultant. She is working on Costumes and helps out with the vehicle as well.
Each member is learning a lot through this process and each is bring a lot to the table to figure out how to finish this project.

Good job but screw the fiber glass lay up use the carbon Kevlar cloth work a little over time at ur real job the cost will save you days ive build many kayaks with the stuff

@thomasuras Yeah, kevlar is, maybe a bit overkill for this project. A one time use vehicle that is built on an extreme budget is an ideal use of FIberglass… however I'd say we could have done it in a much more efficient way.

LAY THE GLASS UP ON THE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!......No Need to do it on the table and carry it to the car...Do it on the car...35 years experience here.....Master Mold Technician..... However what your doing is neat no mater how you get there....Just trying to help guys......

Thanks man! We obviously are self taught on this one. The reason we did the table was so we could maximize how many people we had an make it a bit of an assembly line. It made sense to us at the time. The current vehicle that we are working on has definitely gotten us a bit closer to doing things the right way!
