Rep. Fleming Says Coverage of Illigal Immigrants is "Definitely Covered"

Speaking on the House floor on September 10th, Rep. John Fleming (R-LA) selectively quoted the Congressional Research Service in order to advance the false claim that the proposed health care reform would cover undocumented immigrants. In fact, the report he cited notes that "unauthorized aliens would be barred from receiving the premium credit." That is, they would not receive taxpayer funds to purchase health care.

Section 246 - It CLEARLY says: "No Federal payment for undocumented aliens."

Seriously, can anyone point out, specifically which section of the bill that says, in ANY way, that illegal aliens will receive coverage. I am sincerely asking where does the bill say that because I truly want to see it for myself.
