Thanks for heavens for this video THE SHOWER CAP FIRST REALLY HELPS REDUCE THE HAIR OIL TRANSFERENCE from my hair to the damn wip cap and swimming cap! why the hell did I not think of it :-)) thanks for the video hun
Not trying to diss your video, but im a competitive swimmer, going on 7 years, and putting on a shower cap, and a stocking cap most like won't keep your hair from getting wet, the purpose of the swim cap is to keep your hair out of your face, and that's not a "silicone" swim cap, it's latex, silicone is thickier, and yu should place the front of the cap on your forehead first and stretch it back, the other way makes it easier to rip, ....your welcome
@Zepphy13 I never said this prevents one's hair from getting wet. Thanks I'll try placing the front on first cz it does sound like it wil prevent ripping, although mine's never ripped since I bought it. The pack said it was a silicone one. When I come to replace mine then I'll compare latex ones and silicone ones but the one I have works great anyway. Thanks for the advice.
@BigBBisCool heya, it does help the hair to not get AS wet but it still gets damp- just as long as it is not soaking wet after I swim then I am ok. I don't think there is an actual way to prevent your hair from getting wet at all- have never come across a technique or heard any swimmers say so so I guess just trying to minimise the wetnes is key

does the extra shower cap and wig cap help your hair stay dryer? is there anyway to keep your hair from getting wet?
