Nice beach! seems like they would turn all those little huts toward the ocean..I saw many of them turned every which way..can u move them yourself or do they make u leave them the way they are? I would want to be looking out at the ocean.

Very interesting! I lived in Werl Germany for 4 years but don't remember much.. I was about 10 yrs old when we left.

I love the huts! We have umbrellas here to rent with little beach chairs under them, but we take our own umbrella and chairs instead. Love the look of the huts, though!

Gorgeous! I've got some European distant cousins that I remember used to complain about the German sunbathers at the beach because they couldn't sit still and, well, SUNBATHE. They said they would always be digging giant holes or working or cleaning the sand. I just told them they are very energetic, industrious, and festidious :o) Not a bad thing in my book!
