"Note to dipshit in tie...companies don't hire contract recruiters to manage resume flow from job postings"
Incorrect. Firms often use recruiters to sift through cv's and application forms in order to obtain a short-list of candidates. The end process of final interview and job offer is then down to the client. NOT all recruitment firms work the same, so don't generalise.

I've been doing this since 1999 and things aren't as simplistic as appears in this vid. IT takes long time to get contracts inked and it doesn't appear HR truly appreciates the kingly sum we save in search firm fees given HR always tries to low ball the hourly rate. I even saw ads on C/Bldr for 15 - 20. hour which is laughable... Norm range is 50.00-80.00 Many of us are thinking of going back to search firms, it doesnt make cents to do otherwise.
