lol. you really have lost your sense of humor. The gays will probably argue that you cannot amend the california constitution to treat one law abiding group less favorably than another.

You'd have been in lesbian heaven. There were THOUSANDS of them.
Law abiding is questionable these days...they are harassing, intimidating, assaulting and verbally abusing pretty much everyone who disagrees with them. And NO it is not a small minority that is doing this. Shame, doesn't help their case at all.
Frankly, as I have said now numerous times, get the fucking government out of the marriage business. Leave it up to churches to make the call. Period.

lol. see it's going well for you. All I wanna know is did you pull? S would have! (hey, he's a good lookin dude ;->) I think it's heading back to the courts - but I don't think SCOTUS would ever want to touch this with a barge pole - even though state consts are only supposed to ADD to fed rights, not take away.

No I did not pull and birds, I'm not gay. It was a constitutional amendment, not a law. So they are going to have a hard time over turning it. Since they can't really "overturn" the constitution.
