  • Thank-you so much!!! We are in Canada and didn't see it when we were there last! :( Is this a fairly standard, easily accessible part? Would you have the manufacturer and part number info.? This part would make our project soooo much simpler!!!

    Thanks again for sharing!

  • @MsBoots1977 Yep This is a standard 2" shower drain connector. I get the one made by Otay. You can also find them online at Otay dot come. Otay Plumbing parts. :-)

  • Weren't you suppose to also place a piece woodblock and clamp somewhere within the length of the shower pipe to prevent water pressure from causing the pipe to bang within the substance of the wall when ever the client is using there shower ??? correct me again if I'm wrong

  • @MsBoots1977 Thank you for watching and good luck.

  • @MsBoots1977 Yes you can find the drain part at almost any of The Home Depot it should be in the next to the pipe fittings and plumbers puddy.

  • Hi!

Just watched your video. We are trying to install a fiberglass shower in the bathroom of our condo, and have no access to secure the drain from underneath. This video seems to be a way around this... But we were wondering where can you purchase those parts for the drain?
