  • It's possible Eiffel 65 took the sound from Depeche Mode... Or got the sample from the same place Depeche Mode did... Jeffrey did listen to a lot of Depeche Mode though...

  • That is not true! If it weren't for Dave Gahan's voice then Depeche Mode wouldn't be half of what it is now! I mean, I certainly couldn't imagine Martin Gore singing Personal Jesus. Sorry Mart :P

  • I guess Dave Gahan and Alan Wilder were just in the band to play Martin's music. Don't be ignorant, without them or Fletch, Gore is nothing.

  • I hope you realize that the montage of Dave Gahan pics is completely irrelevant to any discussion about Depeche Mode. Martin Gore is the brain behind the band - all credit for the band's success goes to him.
