A potential customer called Cathie from http://AlkalineWaterPlus.com and in the conversation the customer said that an enagic rep told her that enagic water ionizers are the only water ionizers that can steep tea which hasn't been heated. Cathie decided to test that statement with her Melody water ionizer. You can see that test in this video and on her blog @ http://www.alkalinewaterplus.info But here's the bottom line...guess what? The Melody water ionizer can in fact steep tea without heating the water. The moral is: don't believe everything an Enagic rep says about their competition. Cathie sells all of the water ionizers: Tyent water ionizers, KYK water ionizers, Chanson water ionizers, Life water ionizers, and Jupiter water ionizers [and she would sell Enagic water ionizers if she got an order for one]. So, she's as non-biased about water ionizers as can be. The facts to observe in this testing are that the water molecules [normally in clusters of about 13-16] get smaller [clusters of 6-7] which makes the ionized water wetter. That's what you're seeing in this video.

@monopolyman8 do you think the toxic chemicals included with the kangen has anything to do with the speed of the water turning darker?

Its not that Enagic is the ONLY one that can steep tea in cold water, most ionized water will eventually, but the water from the Enagic is more powerful. The tea starts steeping on contact, whereas in your video, it took near a full minute for it to even start to steep. Watch one of the Enagic tea demos on you tube and you will see the difference!
