  • "This world needs a high dose of spirituality and detoxification."

    ~ Dr Robert Morse

    ...I love it!!!

  • All we need is love.

  • @ratfacekick You can take a step back when you feel weak or tired by eating something more stimulating. You can go for more veggies or something cooked.

You can also try to take a day off and take a good rest when times are the hardest.

You will work your way up this way. Just keep on going. good luck

  • @ratfacekick It could be a number of things. Your body is used to eating cooked food and cooked food is more stimulating. So when you go off cooked the body has to work harder and you get tired.

Fruit is also very strong in cleaning the body. This means a lot of old waste will come in your bloodstream and this can make you feel dizzy and tired.

Sometimes organs get used to/dependent high stimulation and it can take time to get used to lower stimulation.

  • My husband tries to donate blood every once and a while but most of the time he is turned down because they say he is slightly anemic.

  • Looking for the comment on Athletes diet, please MSG me. Thx.

  • Sorry,Dr M I can't stop posting I'm so excited.....

  • Also, talking about children inheriting stuff, the naturopathic course I took some years ago talked about the mother dumping toxicity to the foetus (usually at the same time morning sickness stopped!). The first born gets a whole load of toxicity, whereas the youngest will get the least but is often more mineral deficient. The mum gets lighter periods once she's dumped off her toxicity, which starts to build once menopause sets in. I thought that was tragic...but neat!

  • Hello! I used to work in transfusion but I remember a programme that said a lot of the Vietnam soldiers left to die (rather than transfused) self healed and the transfused ones didn't make it. They put it down to the body compensating without the extra blood volume. I would still prefer to be transfused I think but it did get me curious :D

  • @ratfacekick You could take it slowly, it is clear that you cannot deal with fruit right away. Take less fruit and increase the quantity slowly until you feel comfortable with it. I don't think it's about the sugar that you feel dizzy, it's about your body being too acidic and the fruit being too detoxifying.
