As a world leader in luxury spirits brands, Cointreau has recognized a
need for the premium cocktail revival and further development in bartender
education. They teamed up with Dale DeGroff and renowned spirits writer
Paul Pacult to bring the Cointreau Bartender Enrichment Program to
bartenders around the US., visiting 5 cities in 2007 and reaching over 150
influential bartenders. Cointreau immersed them in an education program
that focused on the importance of pouring premium spirits in their
cocktails and using only fresh ingredients and garnishes.
