Black on black crime... Heston didn't want to go there although true. He realizes Michael Moore is trying to out politically correct him.

He didn't want to say to Michael Moore that we have a whole black culture that prides itself in NOT getting an education and thereby sell out to whitey. The break-up of the black family more than any other single factor lends itself to black on black crime rates that other countries don't have.
