thanks a lot for your interst and your comments.

i am still exercising, but have problems to do it regularly, because of various issues, eg wound at my feet and need to stretch my leg at least 1 hour before walking otherwise it does not 'work;;.. so, i don't have any progress i am afraid. it was already very difficult and i did not expect to be able to get out of the bars to a walker, because i am much too unstable and it's much too dangerous. but anyhow, i go on trying! thanks
