Unofficial AmigaOS 3.5 Promotion Tape (circa 2001)

This video has been grabbed from a torrent network. No clue in what circumstances or for what purpose exactly this video has been made.

It first shows how AmigaOS 3.5 is superior to Windows, then Petro Tyschtschenko shows the Amiga office in Germany and some Amigas and in the end there's an animated sequence set to the official (and horrible) Amiga themesong.

The videoquality isn't very good.

misleading title, i did not see anything of amiga os 3.5? the video can not have been made 1991 since it had amiga walker prototype that was made 1996

Huh?

In the first 1,5 minutes you're looking at OS 3.5 (well the installation of it anyway compared with installing Win95 or 98).

1: OS 3.5 was released in October 1999.

2: Petro Tyschtschenko left Amiga Inc. in November 2000.

Ergo: this crappy promo video must be made somewhere in the time period of 1999-2000.

Yeah, the OS 3.5 was a Big Deal. It was great and a much larger step then from 3.0 to 3.1. I`d left the Scene 2 years after I bought OS 3.5.

The final part looks like an 80's video from Pet Shop Boys... this video CANNOT be made on 2001, maybe 1991 though.

5:28 they show animations under the implication that the computer can do that real time. I cannot. No wonder the company went out of business..!
