Abraham sent the children of Hagar & Keturah away to other lands (Gen. 21.14, 25.6). While Jacob was living in Canaan with his 12 sons, his 12 Ishmaelite cousins were in the lands of the east establishing their own nations (Gen. 25.12-18).

The prophet Asaph listed the Ishmaelites among the nations who formed a confederacy against the nation of Israel to destroy it (Ps. 83.1-8), and you claim that they were their brothers who lived & intermarried with them? Where's your proof?

They did not kick them out because they were brothers and lived together and most of them cross married. Those that are now in Israel are not even Israelites.
