Getting to meet Albert Pujols at the Astros game on July 9, 2010....apparently the little kid that was next to me knew him so he came over and said hi to him...i was within 2 feet of the living legend! and he hit a Home Run in the 9th inning of the game!

  • Albert Pujols is one of the most respected players in all of baseball. For him to sign with the Angels, to me, was a big mistake. The guy just won a world series and he signs with a team who didn't even make the playoffs! It's kind of like saying that if the Yankees won the world series the final year on Jeter's contract, Jeter goes and signs with the Blue Jays or the Orioles b/c the Yanks didn't offer him enough. This just proves how our generation of players are just so greedy for money.

  • are you Gay??

  • @yiassoufile Especially when he's gotta say "I Love You Albert" like some fucken fag over and over again... what a bitch lol

  • why the fuck are you yelling at him like an asshole while he's talking to someone else? he's not talking to you, stop saying 'albert' and shut the fuck up.

  • Lmao

  • it didnt seek like he noticed u....

  • If you didint say I love you every 5 seconds maybe he wouldn't think you were a homo..

  • huge sellout, hahah.

  • @jetfreak4 He should have stayed in St. Louis... Oh well, the Cards have a new team hero now, David Freese.

...I don't think any Cardinals fan will ever forget Game 6 in the world series.

  • Apparantly it's all about the money for him, but honestly, as a st. louisan myself, I would have signed with the Angels too. It's not so much that his departure hurts the Cardinals severely as a team...it just hurts emotionally. Watching videos of him interviewing as a Cardinal today, on December 9th, almost make me cry. He was one of my heroes.
